Falcon- ’57 Low Power Tweed Twin

2 476,00

The ‘Twin’ that everybody knows and loves from the 60’s and ‘70 era models. But unlike these later models, this low power ’57 model can be cranked to produce great sounding fat distortion. There really is nothing like it!

Ever since it was introduced by Leo Fender in the 1950’s, the Twin is universally considered as one of the best all-time guitar amps.

The Falcon is our loving recreation of the 5E8-A schematic, which is the foundation of original narrow panel Twin guitar amp.

Using a tweed pine cabinet, the Falcon sounds warm, defined, and punchy. The all tube tone path recreates the fast dynamic response and purity of your electrical guitar.

This 40-watt amp is powered by 6l6GE power tubes, 12ax7 preamp tubes, and rectified by two 5U4s, bringing back the late 50’s dual rectifier design.

When played at low volume you feel the harmonically rich clean tones the Twin style guitar amps are famous for.

But when cranked this amp puts out a unique growling overdrive.

A great guitar amp for authentic rock, blues and country playing.
